Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is JNaziri Partners Ltd., 26 Anthipolochagou Georgiou M. Savva, Shop 1-2, 8201 Paphos, Cyprus, represented by Ms Julia Naziri. Phone: +357 70088988, email: hello@naziri-partners.com.

2. Hosting

This website runs on a hosting provider with a server location in Europe (EU), which acts as our processor. When you visit the pages, technically necessary server log data is generated, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested and information about your browser and operating system. This data is processed only to deliver the website securely and reliably and is deleted automatically after a short time.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional web presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form

When you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number, the enquiry you selected, your message and, if you come from a country page, the country concerned. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your enquiry is aimed at a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Storage: your enquiry is stored in a database with a server location in Europe (EU).
  • Notification: we also receive your enquiry by email via an email delivery service provider.
  • Disclosure: for enquiries about health or liability insurance, we pass your contact details and your enquiry to our licensed partner broker for advice. We do not act as an insurer ourselves. The legal basis for passing your details to the partner broker is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). Please do not include any health data in your message; it is not needed for the initial enquiry.

Insofar as service providers we use are based in the USA, a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; it is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on EU standard contractual clauses.

To prevent spam, we briefly process your IP address (rate limiting, honeypot field, measuring how long the form takes to fill in) and additionally store the page from which you submitted the form. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We store your enquiry for up to 12 months after receipt and then delete it automatically, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Google tag (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads)

The Google tag is currently not active on this website.

We only load the Google tag if you consent in the cookie banner. It allows us to measure how our pages are used (Google Analytics 4) and whether enquiries result from ads (Google Ads conversion measurement). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA.

Without your consent, the Google tag is not loaded. We use Google’s consent mode: until you make your choice, all storage and measurement functions are denied.

After your consent, the Google tag may set the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics) and _gcl_* (Google Ads), each with a storage period of up to 2 years. Your device is only accessed with your consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by opening “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage (entry “naziri-consent”, no expiry date).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

To exercise your rights, an email to hello@naziri-partners.com is enough.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority for the controller is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (Nicosia).
